My Experience With APMEX

Introduction

This is not a review. I want to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision about ordering from APMEX. I've made two orders with APMEX, so I don't know if it is typical.

After my last order with Midwest Bullion Exchange I wanted to make a small order to test shipping time. I was not disappointed with APMEX.

Order Details

My first order was a small number of very common coins. The website listed them as "in stock". I placed my order on the afternoon of Sunday, Feb 28th, 2016. I paid with PayPal.

Timeline

Date	Event
Feb 28, 2016	Order placed. Quickly received a couple emails saying my order was received and my PayPal transaction was being processed.
Feb 29, 2016	Order was shipped. Received an email with tracking info.
March 2, 2016	Order was delivered by USPS.

Conclusions

My second order was basically identical to the first. From start to finish the orders only took a few days to complete. No serious problems were encountered.
